Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable, a price or listing error occurred, or the order looks fraudulent. Your order confirmation email is your receipt.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in USD and can change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is captured by our payment processor at checkout.
Made to order
Most MDK pieces are made to order. Production time comes before transit time, and an order with several items may ship in separate packages with separate tracking. Delivery windows shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.
Product images and colors
Photography and mockups are representative. Screen calibration, garment dye lots, and print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Intellectual property
The MDK name, the MDK logo, "MAKE DREAMS KNOWN.", "DREAM IT. WEAR IT. BECOME IT.", all site copy, photography, and garment artwork are the property of MDK Services LLC. Do not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, attack, or interfere with the site, resell access to it, or submit unlawful content through our forms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, MDK Services LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where MDK Services LLC is registered. We may update these terms, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
