Production

Production time is confirmed per item on its product page before you order.

Transit

Most U.S. orders arrive 5–8 business days after they ship. Tracking is emailed on every shipment.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and address issues can push a delivery past the estimate.

Split shipments

MDK products are made by more than one production partner, so an order with several items may ship in separate packages, arrive on different days, and carry separate tracking numbers.

International

International shipping is offered at checkout where available. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order items with personalization are final sale.

Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will replace it or refund it. No return shipping cost to you in that case.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package is missing, contact us and we will help open a carrier claim. We cannot refund an incorrect address entered at checkout after the order ships.
